Conveniently situated right by the train station, which is really cool! 🚆

The apartment and location were ok. Alot of Tourists. Wasnt much culture. A little cheesy. Better suited for families with young kids.
We had a bathroom that was for disabled people. So the shower was a handheld, so water got all over the floor. Very annoying. Also we couldn't figure out the sofabed. Beds were very uncomfortable. Wouldnt really say it accommodates 4 people. The manager was also quite rude when I approached him about our bathroom. I would not go back to this hotel.

The whole experience was really nice, nothing to complain about, would recomand. Accommodation was reasonably spacious and 1st class, beds were very clean. The room was good-sized and had pleasant views of the sunset. It was in a perfect and excellent location next to the train station. There was lots of a nice bakery and restaurants nearby.
The staff were awful, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel was very clean.
When we arrived they had changed our room type without an apology and basically said we can stay in a different room or find somewhere else. This was absolutely disgusting in my view. Secondly, we tried to order some food in the bar and we waited an hour before they told us our order had been lost and it would be at least another 30 mins. Again no apology. Basically the whole hotel was completely under staffed and mismanaged.

The one bed apartment had a very spacious bedroom and sitting room and plenty of storage which I liked. It also had a washing machine in the apartment which was very convenient. It was away from the 'strip' there was no noise during the night.
I didnt like the fact that there were only about 20 umrellas at the poolside so not every pair of beds would have one. This put me off going to the pool and I went to the beach instead

The location offered was great near the old city and restaurants' and everything, beach, town, resturants. Dined at Bom Petisco, it was not very far from the venue.

Excellent and unbeatable location in Albufeira, really close to the fisherman's harbour. Restaurants close by. - A nice size unit with a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

Lovely spacious building and accommodation, beautiful pool.
Falsely advertised wifi as being free in public areas when it is not. Breakfast was disappointing.

Fantastic location and lovely hotel. Staff helpful but some confusion at times. Rooms were well equipped. Range of beauty treatments were excellent and the therapist was great. Highly recommended.
We were woken to work men in the morning as there was still some on going work. We were told breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:30am but the first morning it had finished by 10am. Could benefit with having more than one beauty therapist. Spa was not well advertised. Jacuzzi was only complimentary if you had a beauty treatment, otherwise it was 8 euros/day which was still a good price considering. Sauna was not working and no staff were at hand. There was no kettle in room. Rooms were serviced but towels were not replaced and toilet paper was not re-stocked.

the property was gorgeous with incredibly nice staff at the reception desk. I had a huge and spotless room complete with an outside space, ironing board, etc. 3. the location was great and handy there, close to the center.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
